A maximum of 12 free visits a year for 30-60 minutes with the doctor. With essentially full undivided attention. The only time, I will look at a computer is to fix your prescriptions and order labs or review your past assessments. We will do this together so you can see what is happening as well. If you do happen to need more visits, they will be heavily discounted.
Although you can make some of these visits telehealth if you need to, some visits would require a return to the office in person.
Yep, that's right , you can call me after hours when you need to and I will answer the phone. Obviously, if I am in an appointment with someone else you may have to leave a message, but you will get a call back that day. You will not have to go through a phone service (other than the one that tells you that you are being forwarded to my phone when you first call), I will answer even if the call says it's spam. I will call you back. I will help you do something about your problem right then.
Labs are at our cost. You will know the cost of the lab and want to pay cash, the price is in most cases very inexpensive and although you may have to pay out of pocket, the price is probably less than what was a copay.
You get rational labs without haggling with the insurance company on coverage for labs that are in my opinion needed but now are kicked back from the insurance company like for example: a Hemoglobin A1C, Vitamin D... more and more labs are being rejected by insurance.
Procedures on the DPC subscription plan will pay discounted rates for procedures done in the office and we will help them to get cash prices for an outside x-rays or other imaging.

This is a sticky problem. We can make referrals to doctors but they don't always take cash prices (yet), but what we will do is help you to get help until you can get into your doctor that is assigned to you and get the referral from them.
